1. Who this applies to
This policy explains how Efficient Corporates Pvt Ltd, operating MyVibeCode.dev, collects and uses personal information from website visitors, course registrants and LMS learners.
2. Information we collect
When you register for a course, use our LMS, or fill in a form on this site, we may collect:
✓ Name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number
✓ Payment and transaction references from Razorpay (we never see or store your card/UPI details)
✓ Course registration, enrollment, quiz/assignment and progress data inside the LMS
✓ Messages you send us (WhatsApp, email, support requests)
✓ Basic technical data (an anonymous visitor ID, page visits) for analytics
3. How we use it
We use this information only to:
✓ Process your registration and payment, and confirm your enrollment
✓ Give you access to the LMS, live sessions and recordings you’ve paid for
✓ Send transactional emails — invoices, activation links, password resets, course updates
✓ Respond to your questions and support requests
✓ Improve our courses and website
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum data necessary with: Razorpay (to process payment — governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy), Cloudflare (our hosting and database infrastructure), and our email provider (to deliver invoices and account emails). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Referral & cookies
We may store a referral code and an anonymous visitor ID in your browser’s local storage or a cookie, purely to attribute how you found us and to run our basic analytics. This is not used for third-party advertising or tracking across other websites.
6. Data retention
We retain registration, payment and LMS records for as long as needed to provide the course, to keep your permanent learning history (certificates, past enrollments), and to meet our tax/legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete personal data we no longer need to retain — see Section 8.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing, never in plain text. No online system is 100% risk-free, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Write to support@myvibecode.dev and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children’s privacy
Our courses and this website are intended for adult learners and are not directed at children under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.
