1. Who we are

MyVibeCode.dev (“MyVibeCode”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Efficient Corporates Pvt Ltd. By registering for or paying for any course on this website, you (“participant”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What we offer

We run live, cohort-based online courses on using Claude and AI tools for real work — currently Claude for Beginners, Agentic Workflows using Claude, and Vibe Coding — Vibe Code to Vibe Business. Each course includes live sessions, a learning-management-system (LMS) account for the stated access period, session recordings, bonus resources where offered, and a certificate of completion where applicable. Exact inclusions, dates, timings and fees for each course are stated on that course’s own page at the time of registration.

3. Registration & payment

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own security standards. An invoice is generated and emailed to the address you registered with. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Course access & delivery

Access is delivered digitally — an activation link is sent to your registered email so you can set up your LMS login. Live sessions are conducted online at the dates/times published on the course page; session recordings are made available inside the LMS the same day and remain accessible for the access period stated for that course (currently 180 days, unless a longer period is explicitly promised for a specific bonus resource). Quizzes, assignments and completion tracking, where included, are available through the same LMS account.

5. Your responsibilities

Course materials, recordings and bonus tools are for your personal, individual use only. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or share your login/recordings/materials with anyone who has not paid for the course. You’re responsible for keeping your LMS login confidential and for having a working device/internet connection to attend live sessions or stream recordings.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Our courses are educational and practical in nature. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, business outcome, employment outcome, or exam result — outcomes depend on individual effort, practice and circumstances outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, recordings, slides, handouts, templates and bonus tools remain the intellectual property of Efficient Corporates Pvt Ltd (or its licensors) and are licensed to you for personal use during your access period — not sold or transferred to you. You remain fully responsible for the rights to your own data, applications and any third-party tools you use alongside the course.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Efficient Corporates Pvt Ltd’s liability in connection with any course is limited to the amount actually paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of course content or any tool taught or provided during the course.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the website or an active LMS account after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & contact
